As for repair…. well… I myself today have just rung Sony Vaio (UK) to repair my laptop as my TR5 has totally died, and i’m just still in warranty, but I do feel a heavy bill aproaching this New Year…. :(
Just remember that we do have a unique tiny hard drive, if you are going to repair it yourself, so check out the web for good prices (ebuyer.co.uk, etc..)
I changed my mothers HD for her, as we both have the same laptops. It’s not that hard to be frank and she’s now got an upgrade to 60GB HD, whilst i still have my original 40GB…
Overall mate, if you got Warranty.. Use It…
Good Luck, GodClassy
