I am having some problems with SonyStyle.com and you as frequent users/buyers may help me with.
I ordered a custom S580 last saturday. The order the was “IN PROCESS” and the status was “OUT OF STOCK”. Yesterday the order was still like that. Then I “returned” the item that wasn’t even processed by SonyStyle.
What I am wondering is if they have charged my Credit Card for this.
I mean, the order was in process and the item was out of stock, will they charge the card before the item is availabre or even before the order is processed?
When I finished “returning” the item I has a message “Allow Sony 8 weeks to return the money”. I was shocked.
I think that is because the cancellation of an unporcessed order and the returning of an item that you bought, received an then returned (mailed back) is the same.
Any clue anyone?
