After called to Sony support, they asked me information, issue Event and Workorder numbers and send me a Fedex package. I received it nextday marked Standard Overnight and a return label marked Standard Overnight too. I sent my T250P on Dec 07, they received Dec 08 and return back to me on Dec 09 at 6:00pm. Now it’s on way and I will receive it Dec 12. A very fast service from Sony, I appreciate for that.
Just call them today morning and they said LCD was replaced, I am very happy when hear about.
