I bought TR3A a couple of days ago. Trying to upgrade OS without thinking too much (did before on other computers, was straightforward job). Ran into bunch of problems. Then I found this forum. Have been reading evey message posted here, I feel I already know you guys.  :wink: Really want to thank you guys first, you’v already shared my joy and frustration of having this cute one.
From this morning I have gone through step by step following the instruction posted here by Phil Wherry to upgrade OS. There was no problem from step 1 to step 10. Then at step 11, there was only one unrecognized device called USB controller. I ran the usb2 driver installation utility—-though directly from intel site not from the disk. After restart the computer, there was no unrecognized device anymore. Now problem is, camera is still not working, i cannot find the camera in the device manager either, what is it called?
more serious problem is, if I try to shutdown or restart computer, it pops out a small window saying: end program-CRTCClient, then it says this program is not responding. So I cannot shutdown or restart the computer. ctrl-alt-del does not respond either. I have to press power for 2 seconds.
I did not run any program. what is CRTCClient?

though i did go to TR3A site to download drivers instead of TR2A. There are 14 downloads, all of them can be installed on tr3a without problem.
BTW, as Drachen said USB Root Hub is the for motion eye, I can see three usb root hub, what does that mean?

there are four USB Root Hubs on my system, the fourth one said it is sony visual communication camera, so I assume that is motioneye. I went to properties, unchecked power managerment.
Then I went to do step 15, which install software. Again problem, i put recovery disc 1, no window, tried auto run, no luck. tried open, not working. I wonder if I should try from startup disc :cry: ...
