Uh oh… i wonder if this is a problem

The Sony brand and the Deer brand(generic) seem to be different sizes.

Sony: 13 x 9.64 x 2.16”

Deer: 13 x 9.4 x 1.8”

Groovy states in his review that the S fits snug in the Sony brand.  Since the Deer brand seems to be smaller, is that a problem?  :?  Or I wonder if that means it has less padding to it…  after all, it is cheaper

Just ordered myself a CKS1.  Couldnt see myself going through the problem of not liking the DEER case.  I’ve read on other forums that its not that good.  Doesnt even fit the laptop correctly.  So i forked over the $74 for the CKS1.

Varun, let me know when you have tested it! However, I am almost buying the standard battery just to fit the computer into that great looking case…

I got smitten by the WF cases as soon as i saw them. I ordered the sleeve case with a strap and the ballistic flap (why the duece ballastic?) Yes lourenco i will let u know how it turns out man

Hey Varun, did you get the case already?

I recently bought one of these cases and to be honest, I am a bit disappointed about them.  After reading the reviews by various persons, I was under the impression that it will be under a great quality of build, which to some extent it is, but after spending $74, I think it could have been better. 

On the positive side, I do think it will provide superior protection than anything else out there. 

I guess I could be a little sour about spending so much on such a simple case, but in the end, I guess i just wanted to protect my most expensive posession.

But the big questions stands: Will it fit an S with the extended battery?

That is great Varun. Large battery fits perfectly, I guess. What are the specifications of your case. I went to their site and there was something like a case numeber or something. Could you tell me the specs?

Yeh my case number is 12. It fits perfectly. I have an extra brand new case. You can have it if u want.
