How do we get Windows XP off the revovery discs, I don’t want to buy a retail version to reinstall on my TR, thanks.

If you want to rip Windows XP from recovery cds, you also have to unpack it to laptop and then copy i386 folder from in Windows folder.
You also need to know how can make a bootable windows xp CD from i386 folder.
The easiest to do is borrow windows xp oem cd from your friends, they should have this cd if they have Dell laptops. Just install and use CD-KEY at bottom of your laptop to activate your windows.
