IMHO, the most useful software that VAIO bundled would be VAIO LAUNCHER, so I extracted the lastest version (1.4.11.07260), which finally solved the non-working shortcut issue. Also comes in Installess, just extract and run.

To let the launcher run automatically after windows started,  manually register it to “Startup” by creating a shortcut of the “Launcher.exe” then place it in “Startup” in “All Programs” menu..

Without VAIO ZONE, the launcher makes itself an excellent dock (much more stylish than yzdock & stardock, although you can not see for example in the image (below) the “BREATHING” graphical touches to the highlighted image within the launcher..)  

English Version, also works on NON-SONY PCs.

This is a pretty cool program, although I don’t think i’ll use it unitl I get bored with my OSX emulated desktop .
