Is it true that Medal of Honor Game not supported on the Ts?  I get this message on startup:

I think it has something to do with Intel(R) 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller not providing full support for direct X - ie.  AGP layer acceleration?

But I can’t believe a game manufacture would design the game to be totally inop in this case.  Is there anything that can be done but return the software? Thanks!

The Intel Extreme 2 graphics chipset is a DirectX 7/8 class accelerator.

8.1 requires entirely stronger hardware. The new GMA900 is DirectX 9 capable but only the newest models will have that.

Actually, no it doesn’t.

Intel supports Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. You’re trying to install Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault. Those are two different games and the newer one (Pacific Assault) uses a newer engine that requires DirectX 8.1.

Ah, thanks for that.  I guess we are stuck in the European theatre then.
