im nervous because i asked my dad if i can turn in my laptop for the vaio tr2ap1 and the waterfield sleevecase and i will pay for it but i cant afford it right now so i asked if he could buy it and i would pay him asap and im just nervous what he’s going to say i told him the prices and stuff and yea

Well, the TR is an expensive notebook. What’s wrong with your current notebook?

well its heavy sort of and the mouse is quirky and the fan is sort of really loud and i think the tr is better in some ways

I suspect the fan is loud because you have a notebook that uses a desktop processor in it.

If you do decide to get a new notebook then I would go with either one that has a Pentium M or Pentium 4-M processor in it. The “M” versions of the processors run at a lower voltage so the fans don’t have to run so loud to cool the chips.
