Sony Recovery: Difference between CD & DVD?

For the TR3A:
Hey I just wanted to know what is the difference between the self-made Recovery CD’s and the Recovery DVD from the Sony DAPC? Is there a difference in the software included between the two? What type of Windows XP Home Edition is included in the Recovery DVD (Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2? Thanks.

Sony DAPC recently switched to recovery DVD media (prolly back in 2004) since DVDs hold a lot more data, and recovery CDs just had the data spread among 2 or 3 CDs. SP1 and SP2 will not be included if a recovery media is for an older notebook. What specific model are you looking for?
