For those that want even more fun, try Google Earth . In Manhattan below 59th street, you can actually see 3D building models on top of the satellite imagery. The zoom effect is something to behold.

Darn, if i wasn’t so busy playing with the app this morning I would have posted about it.

It really is nifty. I’m tempted to pay the $20 to see if work with my GPS unit…

I wonder how much Google has to pay to get those pictures…

Some of the pics are disorienting.. upsidown buildings as the satellite passes over..
