I’ve heard a lot about this company in the past few weeks…according to what i’ve heard this will be the next paypal. I don’t know how many of you remember but when Paypal first started (‘99ish) they gave $10 just for signing up. Each person you signed up you got $5-10 yourself. This new company is doing the same thing. Since they haven’t launched yet, if you ‘pre-register’ you get $25 and for each person you refer you get $5. They don’t ask for a CC or a bank/check account, so it’s totally safe. They ask for basic mailing/phone/email. In order to register you need to have a referral. I figured i’d post it here if anyone is interested, I know I made several hundred on Paypal back then and wouldn’t mind it again.
Thanks for the headsup about this. I never was able to take full advantage of paypal other than a 10 spot for myself, hopefully I can get a few others to sign up as well.

Yeah, I was considering it also…but i sorta want to see what kind of support this system gets from major sites.

What convinced me is their partners. Go to ‘spend money’. It list their partners and they claim you can start spending the virtual money soon. Their partner base seems stable.
I know how quickly paypal exploded…hopefully this can give them a run for their money.
I also noticed they have a small banner add you can add to auctions like ebay that say you accept their funds.
Edit: Checkout the virtual network thingy…it’s sooo cool.
looks like the promo period is over…must have missed it…can’t see a place to sign up. curious how this will be different then paypal. in india, people are using PaisaPay. no idea on what that is. The india ebay is funky but applicable to us here in nepal…
