Hi everyone,

I have one of these, but I have had trouble connecting it to my T150 laptop.  When I turn on the computer I get the Vaio logo followed by the xp loading screen.  After that the external monitor goes blank and does not show anything.  Anyone know what I am doing wrong?  Any responses will be appreciated.

I can’t say for sure but i imagine you right click on the intel extreme graphics icon in the system tray it should give you some different options for outputting to another display.  At least it is this way on the TR.

If not not you can go into the control panel to access the intel exreme graphics options there.

You should set lower resolution for external display.

Thanks for the help everyone, got it to work now.  I’m new to computers so I usually have trouble installing things.  I got freaked out for a while, thought my laptop was defective.  I selected the option which allows you to have an extended desktop.
