I checked out T7 in BestBuy yesterday. Man, it is amazing how thin that camera is! It took me a minute to find where the power button in. I am not sure how comfortable it is to take pics with because you kinda have to hold it with your 2 hands, just so it does not not slip out. Neat design though. I’d go for the Black one. Or maybe wait till T77 with 8 megapixels….

Yes, I got my T7 last week, along with the Sony Leather case, and today I ordered the tiny photo printer. As a side note, I bought it from Circuit City.com for $475 when the stores (including Circuit City) had it for $499. Since I hate Best Buy, but was desperate for a case, when I saw 2 people who were buying the T7 I told both of them about the $25 savings, both left the store and told me they would order it from CC.com. Haha, BB, I took another $1K from you…next time don’t cancel my Vaio order. I ended up getting the case online since no store had them.
What printer did you get Erik? I went through a number of Sony dye-sublimation printers, DPP-SV55, then DPP-SV88 (the one with CD-RW built-in; can you imagine that printer retailed for $799 on SonyStyle???Crazy….) and now I am using DPP-EX50, Sony has added a special Photo Processor in it. The latest Sony one is being sold is DPP-FP50 I think.
As for T7, I forgot to mention - I wish they did away with that thingy sticking out (I think it is used for the strap).

I picked up the DPP-FP30 because it was the smallest. I don’t need it for a slideshow and I don’t need an onboard LCD.
As for the metal part sticking out, it’s needed, without it, it would be even harder to hold with one hand

The case was on backorder, and I dont need anything else right now, but I will register when I need to purchase something.
From quick use I believe the LCD display on the T1 was better (quicker refresh and clearer). Of course, it’s most likely the same LCD and it could just be im nuts.
