Hi

I have a TR1 MP in the uk with the 802.11b (Wi-Fi). Would it harm the system to install my 802.11g high-speed wireless LAN pc card? It would give me an increase in speed to 54 Mbps. I expect non Sony cards will work, but I don’t want to mess the system up. Any ideas?

You’ll probably want to flip the onboard WiFi card off to make sure you’re using the right adaptor to connect to the network, but it should be just fine.
