Anyone able to run Guild Wars yet on their TR? 

Seems like there’s a lot of compatibility issues with our Intel 82852/82855 controller. I tried the latest Intel drivers (win2k_xp1411.exe) and still crashed. I then was directed to an older driver (Win2k_xp149.zip). This driver is much more stable with GW and I seldom crash anymore.

However I can’t use the Zoom button and whenever I select an external monitor I get the BSOD :(

SO.. To play GW I have to install the driver, reboot and then I can play. Then when I’m done I need to do a system restore to get the OEM one back so I can work again.. A real PITA..

Anyone any closer?

I got the same problem with external screen and new driver. Such a pain…. so I rollback driver.

I don’t know why every new intel driver are crap on TR series.

Anyway, older driver seems ok for the games I am playing such as Warcraft III…..

Hope things change with intel drivers one day.

By the way if you make a search on the forum, you will see that the Zoom button issue and the BSOD with external monitor with new driver have already been discuss without much success to find a solution.
