I have tried to turn of DHCP but the ip is invalid and the computer connected behind it does not continue from what the previous computer has… there’s no gateway switch in my router. maybe because its so cheap   MR814V3 netgear 4 ports ehternet plus wifi b ; i got it after rebate for $9.

anyway… i came up with an idea:
by setting up like this:

the 1st ethernet acts as a shared internet access to router.
and the 2nd ethernet acts as a part of network.

the the desktop computer will access internet via usb.
do u guys think this will work?
i dont know if it’s going to conflict between ports since there are too many of them.

Try checking the manual or some forums for your wifi router online to see if theres some way to set it to act like an access point, because that configuration should work.

what happened if i’ve done that? will i damaged something?

It just wouldnt have worked… basically you wanted to have your desktop act as a gateway to the router, then have the router act as a gateway to the desktop.  More likely than not you would have just ended up confusing the hell out of windows.
