I just traded my old sony MD for a new Aiwa AM-NX1 NetMD only problem did girl didn t have the usb cable. I just found this one on ebay. It says it has 4 pins. Would it fit?

Its kind of hard to tell without knowing what kind of connector the MD itself has.  Aiwa is a subsid of Sony now, so im inclined to believe its a “Mini USB Version 2.0”, the type Sony most commonly uses on its digicams.  You can also get this cable by looking for a PSP accessory usb cable at your local electronics store.  Take a look at this guide for pictures:

Yep thats definitely a standard Sony USB Mini plug.  Just go to any electronics or game store that carries PSP accessories and get a PSP USB cable.  That will work with your NetMD.  Something like this (doesn’t have to be this brand, any will do as long as it can fit a PSP):
