UJ 822da DL drive?

The New S3XP/S380s come with the Matshita UJ 822da Drives. Now nothing on the Sony website mentions if this writer actually can write dual layer DVDs but some other websites mention ’ the new S series S3XP writes Dual Layer discs ‘. So anyone knows if it does or not ?

I know for sure Matshita UJ-831da writes to dual layer +R disks. PCGA-DDRW3 has that drive installed inside.

Um ! I have the S3XP and i was thinking of ordering the DL disc but im not sure if the UJ 822da writes on it !
