hello operator? i’ve exchanged my psp twice now, and i still have dead pixels on the screen. all i want is some decent service around here. can’t anyone at sony help me? ALL I WANT IS A NON-DEFECTIVE PSP. what do you mean you won’t send over a deputy? aren’t you here to protect me? ALL I WANT IS A NON-DEFECTIVE PSP. LOL
