i thought the max the psp can support is 768kbs? the max IC 2.1 allows is 768kbs..unless i’m missing something?  :?

You are quite right linc. I forgot to mention the conversion was done with the 3GP Converter. The PSP can playback the converted 1500 kbps MP4 with no problems.
