I’m still looking for a transcoder that will do output 480x272 files, but from what I’ve read it’s not so easy.

I’ll probably order that Image Converter 2.1… I do not feel like dealing with other options there…too many steps involved. $20 is not that bad.

On the second thought I am gonna try my Giga Pocket converter for Clie and see if it does the same thing. That program came with the GP PVR on my VAIO.

I am using Image Converter 2.1 JE to convert videos to MP4 format. It’s very simple and its quality is about the same as the 3GP Converter.

I read somewhere you need a 1GB Duo card to fit a decent quality DVD rip…

Yes, works like a charm. Converted a few trailers and clips; and deposited them in my 1GB MS Pro Duo stick.

I just converted the “Jack-Jack Attack” short which is included in the Disney/Pixar’s The Incredibles DVD. Looks marvelous on the PSP.

For the “Jack-Jack Attack” short animation, I used the following setting: 29.97fps/1500kbps.
