Sony TR and EV-DO: Wireless Everywhere You Go

I just started using Verizon Wireless EV-DO with my TR3A.  I’m amazed at the jump in speed from EDGE.  I live in Boston, and I’m averaging a slow DSL speed at anything above 50% reception.  I get roughly 50-60 KB/s download at full strength.

The reception has been excellent everywhere I go—the only downside to this is that it’s $80/month.  But if you need access where you go and can afford it, it’s probably worth it.

I picked this up last month…I don’t get High Speed and I still love it. I hit bursts of 165 Kbps on the standard connection. Still not bad IMO.
