Compress backup partition

What do you guys think, with XP pro on the TR2AP3 can we compress the backup partion to save space and retain it for use?

I really doubt if you make any changes on it that it will function. Your best off with the set of CD’s and freeing up all the space completely.

The only problem is that you can’t see the backup partition to compress it, unfortunately. I think the partition is an EISA partition as well. Go with the backup discs, the extra 5GB is great!
