Anyone had any experience with a third party AC/DC adapters that works with the T150 model?

The Kensiington web page states their tips are incompatible, but the IGO and TARGUS pages do not explicitly address compatability with the T15O. Sony adapter for this model is 16V, 4A and TARGUS tip 11A seems to at least physically fit the T150 power plug so I assume that it should work.

The TARGUS 70V AC/DC adapter looks attractive because it also has recently added an accesory power cable and tips for also charging phones, ipods, treos etc.

However buyer comments on Amazon.com website are very unfavorable on TARGUS adapters, mostly over build quality and reliability

I believe the iGo products do support the T (and S and TR for that matter) with their Juice70 and iGo WallPower products. I have both of these and using Tip 11, they work fine with my TR and S.

Oh, and you should know that Kensington’s Universal Laptop adapters are iGo Juice70s. They’re simply rebranded.

I’m not sure about Targus but they may also use iGo technology since they use the same “TIP” numbering scheme.

Oh just pick up the original AC adapter from Ubid. I think the price is not that bad compared to Sony’s.
