By the way, I just ordered mine, I’ll check back in a few days to tell you how it works out in my T250.

I did the same as spyhunter (except I had a Sony Style gift certificate). I figured the certificate made the RAM more reasonablly priced, and I would never get a hassle from Sony should my lappy need warenty service. But in retrospect, they just want too much for the memory. You can get brand new quality (brand name) memory for much less. There are already plenty of threads in this forum about where to get good prices, and what type of memory you need.

The RAM from ewiz.com seems to work fine in my T250; it shows up after right clicking on my computer/properties.
