R, i get that a lot on new programs that i install and a reinstall-repair fixes it. it’s a registry thing no doubt. I wonder if it is some kinda malware problem…good luck.
I tried it for Paint Shop Pro…doesn’t work still and I don’t think other programs will behave any different…it looks like some problem with windows itself :?
Thanks a bunch! I tried editing the registry using regedit first but couldn’t since there was no entry named Paint Shop Pro 9.exe under [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\ so I tried the first method and it worked.
