You’ve got a company to dial up to: Cingular. Contact them for details on the data plan you want. It will depend on how much you download every month and probably cost in the $20-$50 range per month.

RaZr isn’t a particularly good phone to tether to a notebook.  Internet connection is not its strength.  Even a v551 would have faster connection because of EDGE.
