As well all know it’s been a few weeks since we’ve seen a U on SonyStyle…and the fact that they showed a U at CES led us to believe that it would be back…it appears it is not the case.

I just checked iCubes site, they pulled the U750 but still sell the Jap. U series if someone still wants one. I am glad they were able to get me one 2 weeks ago, it seems I just made the cut-off. Phew.

i can’t say that i’m surprised. if the x505 was discontinued here in the states, than the u was just a step behind.

darn, i guess that makes the decision for me, no tablet to play with for now…

I hope Sony develops a successor to the U750 that either takes it full Tablet PC or down to the OQO size.  Straddling the fence kind of made the U jack of many trades, master of none.
