Anyone knows a program to manually turn your laptop’s Screen on and off, like for S series where you can assign it to button S1 or S2? without waiting for the power management’s 1 min standby?  Setting the power management everytime is tedious, anyone encountered this minimal annoyance?

Go here and download Wizmo.

Save it somewhere like C:\Windows and then you can program one of your S buttons to run it with the option of monoff. Or you can assign the same thing to a Easy Launch button so you can activate it from the mouse pad area.

You may also want to add the quiet parameter in the options to keep it from making the Wizmo sound every time you launch it.
