I’d love to see the outcome.. i’ve painted many things in the past (mainly car related). Painting over the TR’s grainy surface is going to be really tough..

you could try to take apart the computer and bring whatever parts u want to get painted to a auto body shop to get them powder coated. usually they charge around 70 bucks to powerder coat one rim (on car)
How will you stop the paint scratching off? Maybe an idea would be to use black suede and glue it on. I think a suede TR would look fantastic, it would also help protect it… (you could even waterproof it)
