Aida does not analyze your disk. SMART disks monitor their own statis and store the results in internal registers. Aida is just one of many programs that can read the SMART registers from your disk drive. The good news is that your disk appears to be fundamentally sound. (It’s not a guarantee, but it is a good shot.)
You have to find the bad spots and mark them unuseable. You might find a free utility (some work better than others). You can buy a utility (Spinwrite is a great one). You can reformat the drive. The only problem with reformatting is that sometimes you will have a spot that is marginal. (Works some times, not others). In this case, format might not detect the bad spot, and you might be left with the same problem you already have.
Here is another possibility. Rename your file to something like bad.file and mark it system / read only / invisible. You will lose the disk space. But it’s quick, easy, and free. If everything is stable after you do this, you can decide later whether you want to try to reduce the sectors not used and try to see if there aren’t some spare sectors you can use to get a little more disk space. (That’s what Spinwrite offers).
Or maybe you’ll decide to wait until next year at Christmas time, when the new Toshiba 200 G 1.8 inch 10K RPM disk drive is available. :D :D
