Are the run of the mull dvd drives that come in dell computers (non burning dvd drives) reigon sensitive? can I watch other region dvd using said drive do you think? Its about a year and a half old…

Yes they are region encoded, but you usually get several (I think 7 or 8) swaps. There is also software that can make drives region free, just not sure the name of it off the top of my head.
