Caching A LOT of pages…

I want to cache pretty much the entire webdesign.about.com site. Any ideas on what the best way to do this would be? Also, I would like to be able to do this to a few others but not so extensively.

It will allow you to download an entire or part of a website.

Well it did a great job copying all the files but the links are everywhere… this is gonna be hectic…  :?

Adobe acrobat has a good feature, allows you to download an entire site in pdf format, keeps the links as well, once its down, you can search on key words etc
