Nowadays, as computer users become less computer literate, customer support becomes more and more important. Today’s computer users have absolutely no clue of the hardware and many of them don’t know very much about the software, so they need assistance.
All those users won’t stay with Dell very long if they can’t even get their machine running correctly because of bad support.
