I think it’s like Media Edition…it cannot be purchased without hardware. If you just want to test out a copy, well, you should know where to look for it…it’s not hard to find…it’s not legal either.

nah, this is completely untrue….

it is not like media edition,
neither it is illegal to buy oem.. separately

i have it on my pricelist from ingram micro, just dont want to spend the 149.71$ for it… just of yet…

Never said it was illegal to buy outside of OEM, I said you could get it other ways that would be illegal…if you just want to test a copy…WAREZ…ring any bells?

And I doubled checked, according to MS its sold as OEM software only, not retail box, just like Media Edition You can upgrade if your a current Tablet user, but it wont be retail box…meaning you can’t walk into a B&M and walk out with it.
