My TR2AP3 have been shipped out today… It will come tomorrow!!!

I’m soooo happy!!! I gave them a call every 4 hours started since Monday… I make them to ship out my TR ASAP!!

Well, Now I’m going to wait for my TR….

heh, i was order 8127963, and they delivered mine friday to my home in the states, but I still won’t see it for probably a week (i’m in Ireland studying) =(  I just found this forum today, and up until clearanceclub shipped mine, I believe wednesday, I was sweatin it big time because I had ordered on friday and never got a straight answer as to the delay.  And those bad reviews did make me nervous,  I was going to have my friend do a super slick inspection before they forwarded it on to me here but I feel much more confident it in now and will be giving him a call to cancel his inspection.  I am really glad Mr. Accampo posted on this site.  It looks as though I will be doing business with clearanceclub again! Cheers!

I ordered last friday afternoon aswell (the 23rd I believe), I must say it’s kinda strange that we all ordered independently and yet arrived at this forum…  or perhaps it isn’t…

gr00vy0ne, excellent site my friend, also you mentioned above that refurb doesn’t come with same warranty as new, but I believe it still has the same 1 year warranty.

If you read the site carefully…all TR refurbished machines only come with a 90 day warranty. You have to pay $79 to get a 1 year warranty. Additionally, you can purchase 2 or 3 year accidental coverage warranties that cover many more problems than the standard warranty. The accidental coverage can be purchased at any time as long as the notebook is under some sort of warranty. There are plenty of posts on this forum regarding where to get these extra warranties for the best price.

yeah your right, guess I missed that, I made my assumption off of this… http://www.clearanceclub.com/cgi-bin/refurb.cgi  Good thing I purchased the two year extended warranty.  Then again if it works for 90 days it should last a year unless you drop it or something, but than you’d have to pay to fix it anyways.  But it does reflect that sony does not have as much faith in their refurbished products…
