Just in case anyone cares, I work for Sprint and I still have no official word that we support phones to be used as modems ... now we also dont disable the feature but there is a team that monitors its use and you can be suprised by a hefty bill if you use it on a rather extensive basis.  Id suggest getting some word from Sprint officially if thats what your wanting to do with the phone.
