Ok. here is my anology…My VGN-T150 handles like a compact sports car…I love it…Its so clean with the design…I love the fact that the speakers on not next to the screen and the camera is finally gone.

The keyboard is one of the best things on this notebooks….The handle like nothing I’ve ever typed on…Very good handling…

The screen is perfect…I think it might be better than the TR…Atleast it looks that way to me…

The styling has grown attached to me…The midnight blue is perfect for me…I know I have a great color when it makes me and my wife happy…

The casing that is wrap around the case feels a lot more durable than my TR did….It has non slip type of material so you feels safe caring it in your hands…

It feels like an extremely more pep than my previous TR3A.  It surfs the web faster…It loads up faster…It performs better on applications and even video games…

It has exceeded my expectations of it….I am very impressed with the style and perfomance…

It feels a lot thinner and smaller than my TR…I rembered how the thickness of the TR fealt like it was a little bloated…Well, thats gone now…

I feel that the build quailty is better also…It just feels rock solid…When my TR fealt fragile…And I was always scared that something might break…

I really like it…I wish there were more T owners to talk to…I am sure with do time there will be more…

I think Sony is slowly achieving there way to improve these 10.6 inch widescreen with optical drive sub-notebooks…I think they should switch to a 2.5 inch hdd.

Also the battery life blows anything way by sony…For being so small and having such a bright and clear display this is very impressive.

The power cord is about half the size than the TR….The best part of the T-series is the screen seems bigger…..

Just one of the kewlest things I ever owned next to my TR and my Car…

I feel why you say those things maybe cause your camera will break eventually hey everything breaks lol personally /i feel mic is cool/
IDC about power cord size doesnt light up lol/ see why you think its bigger probualy thiner and less plastic around edge of screen/ They should make the HD 2.5 too heavy and too much energy drain 80G good enough personally 40G enough for me ^^

No offense, but I at least find it pretty hard to understand what you’re typing. You say you wish these could have a 2.5 inch drive? I actually do, I wouldn’t mind a little added thickness as a tradeoff to faster, larger hard drives that would be much easier to upgrade as well. I know with the thickness of the TRs, they can fit a 2.5” drive. I don’t think there’s too much energy drain with 2.5” drives….

I have just bought a T from Japan (waiting, so much waiting) but a couple of things didn’t really gel with me from the initial post.

The T is thicker than the TR series. The screen is the same size.

Agreed, it should eb heaps faster with the Centrino, but I wonder whether it will attract as much attention as my TR did. Every time I pulled the thing out i’d have people ask about it, and I put that down to a couple of things: The finish, which was beautiful, the size, and the whopping great Vaio on the back.

Now did you buy the T or the TX from Japan? Either way, there is NO way the T or TX is thicker than the TRs, the TRs are downright fat and chunky compared to the newer Ts.  :wink:

I feel yah man..  That’s why I oredered parts today for my T250P, the bezel, palmrest and keyboard.  I don’t want any scratch on my baby boo..  Plus yesterday at church, my coffee slipped basically rendered my keyboard unusable, for the better part of the ENTER key. bah!  :(

yes Rahul I was.. I practically use my laptop for everything even making it an alarm clock

So anywhere I am, except on occassions like fun time going out, I just tucked it in the slipcase and into my trunk.

Man, got the crap kicked outta me there. I meant longer(?) not thicker in the bottom bit to top bit sense as yes the TR is thicker, but once you put the battery on the T it’s longer than the TR, same width.
