need advise on portable DVD player

Hi Everyone,

I’m planning to buy a portable DVD player for around $500.
It must be Multiregional, so I could play any dvd from any region.
screen size not less than 7 and long battery life would be nice.
preferably Japanese manufacturer.
any recommendations?

You could buy a second TR. It’s the best DVD player I could think of at the moment. :wink:

an expensive one for him though…The cheapest I’ve seen a TR is about $1,200 used…And he can get a dvd player for under $500…

Also some women and kids are not so savy on using a notebook…just to watch a dvd…
