[quote author=“FrodoID”]Please don’t talk about british food, I still have to eat today and don’t want to ruin my stomach before even having taken a bite, okay?
(Very sorry, but really couldn’t resist at all )
I like how every pub has some form of Tikka Masala at the bottom of the list alongside other traditional British dishes. Of course, it’s probably out of a can from Sainsbury or Tesco.
Aah. Cidre is basically sparkling wine made out of apples. So it’s more wine (sparkling wine) than a cocktail… but you can make very nice cocktails out of it, of course
Ooh, I love cidre. I used to drink that alongside my crepes at the creperie near my office. I remember once getting some sort of crepe flambee and drinking a whole pitcher of cidre. It didn’t help that the guy drenched my crepe with Armagnac and the flame barely helped to lessen the alcohol. I was destroyed for most of the afternoon sitting at my desk staring mindlessly at my code.
