Norton System Works HELP!

Has anyone tried to install the above software, and have they succeeded? After finishing the install I cannot get my TR! to restart without going to the last known good option?
Just wondered if anyone could help. I have uninstalled using all symantecs advice and reinstalled but still the same problem?

I always install norton antivirus and utilities from the system works package…never had a problem till date (the latest that I have installed is 2003…dunno about the later ones)
