Downloaded all the stuff from Rahul’s post but I still dont get anything when I hit the hot key for the camera.  Whats the software I need and does anyone have it for DL?

Try search for my prob and fix
“MOTION EYE” CAMERA - DEVICE DRIVER NAME & LOC

i had similar prob and no fix until i got the paperclip involved.
