my TR got loosely lcd at the point when i start to open it. Does anyone experienced this?

ps. only the point when u opened it. after that it’s fine

Can you elaborate on the problem?

It is supposed to be a little looser from the closed position so that it’s easier to start opening it. On mine, it’s looser from 0-5 degrees (at which point i can stick my fingers under it) and then it stiffens as I start to open it.

I read an interview with Sony engineers that said the hinge was designed that way for the Z and TR series, allowing them to do away with the latch. The little bit of “play” in the hinge at the beginning and the firmness as you open it is the way the mechanism works.
