Is there a listing anywhere of all the possible Fn combos?

I just made one by writing down the purple markings on the keyboard, pretty easy stuff. The only ones I really use are Fn+F7 and Fn+12 though.

THere are other unmarked combos, though, like Fn+‘e’ to eject a CD/DVD.

Ah, thanks for the tip!    (goes to push Fn+every key to see what else is out there)

GOdd anyone out there please post a way or drivers to reinstall the buttons and FN combo keys again not fm the recovery disks?

It’s been almsot a month now that I m trying to figure out a way and I can’t

George, I know you’ve been having issues with this. Have you tried looking on your application recovery discs for the necessary drivers/software? It seems that a ton of people have successfully loaded the software from there to get it working.

The process is pretty straightforward and you should have everything you need assuming you didn’t trash the cds that came with your system.

the problem is that the first CD is damaged so I can not really use any of the recovery disks at all.

From what you wrote me i understand that the drives posted at vaio support on SOny official site for the hotkeys are working.

Is this true?  I can not make it work with mine.

I just run the setup. Oh goss I wish someone could tell me what I m doing wrong…
