How do I record internet radio broadcasts (that calls for Real Audio or Windows Media Player)?

I would like to record or somehow save the file in MP3 format so that I can listen to it on my MP3 player.

Can anyone handle this one?

I’ve always used Shoutcast an add on for winamp, which allows for simple easy internet radio.  Probably find more info at http://www.winamp.com
