I just downloaded it and try it yet again and it works fine. Did you clear your internet cache? It might be giving you the same corrupted version in your cache since it thinks it’s downloaded already.

Got the same error on my PC as well.

Weird. I just tried it on 3 different computers using different browsers (Maxthon, Mozilla, IE) and using default and download managers (i.e. GetRight) and the Zip version opens fine.

Not sure what else I can do on this.

Care to try another browser?

Again…make sure the file does not exist in your Internet Cache otherwise IE and IE based browsers may not re-download the correct file properly. I had this issue before and physically removing the file from the cache solved the problem.

i tried it with my TR, still error, so it’s not just me since tifosi experienced it as well.  one q, what does this ‘plug in’ do? i see the files is not that big.

ok, so i got the JRH1, i installed the drivers, now what else do i need to do so that i can listen my mp3s thru winamp? also, what’s the order for the installation after the drivers?  thanks.

You’ll need to make sure Winamp is looking at the right audio output. Go into Winamp’s preferences and make sure the output device is the Phillips device and not your SoundMax device. I’m not sure of the exact names off the top of my head but it’s one of the two choices. Try it…you’ll figure it out.

i got the sound out of the headphone, now how do i use it? i have bunch of songs play in winamp, how do i go to next song using the remote?

also after i take out the jog dial, i can’t play winamp thru my normal speakers.  i can’t find the option where i can select my output (phillips or soundmax)

how come there is no backlighting? it’s hard to see when it’s dark

i dont understand how to customize this dial.  i pressed the shift button in the jog dial and it does nothing.  also how do i use the animation?

Thats basically why mine sat and collected dust. The times when I would have used it would have been in the dark, making the remote useless unless the LCD was on…then I didn’t need the remote. Catch 22.
