I wanted to start a thread to get to know all of you….If you want you can just type a few sentences….Just enough to let us get to know you more than you’re intelectual advice, jokes and other forum stuff….

I will start first…

I am sorry I haven’t been on lately….I have been very busy.  I just moved into a new apartment!!!!And started my new job….

If you guys don’t know too much I am married at 30 and live in Southern California.  Valencia, California its a big town and growing very fast.

Anyway I was in Resdiental Property Managment…..And then took 6 months off to study for the California Real Estate Exam.

I know this might sound like a lot of time to study for one test….But, I wanted to relax some from working 6 years straight without a vacation.

I am now a manager at Ann Taylor Loft.  This is a high end women’s retail store.  So far I like it a lot.

Well, except for getting up way too earlier than I am used too.

I used to get up when I wanted, sleep when I wanted, eat when I wanted, etc etc….

Well, now I have to get up around 7am….And today was my day off and I had to go in for a manager’s metting…..That was at 5am.

Its hard work, but I am paying the bills and sum….Which, is nicer than living of your 401(k)   Which, I will start building up again real soon.

I also just recieved my California Real Estate License I hope to sell a few houses and save for a down for a house….

Anyway enough about me….I want to hear about you….Thanks…

I know…you guys kill me. Granted, I would let this one slide since it was a little more personal in nature. Or perhaps, it should have been more specific….like, what hair product do you use? or how often do you change your toothbrush?

Valencia?  :shock: I’m in Castaic.  Ann Taylor Loft? We could have passed at the mall and never noticed… of course, I tend not to shop at Ann Taylor   :ph34r: .... Hot Topic, Pac Sun, and AE are more of my stores.

Which apartments are you in? We looked around.  The Prado’s… beautiful but way to over-priced… Location, Location, Location :wink:

Would you be getting into the market in the SCV? We just moved in 9 months ago and have made over $100,000 in equity… definitely a good market for buyers right now.  :wink:

My mother was from the Philippines and my father American, so I’d like to say I have the “best of both sides.” 

I’m currently a Resident Assistant in my dorm hall in college at the same time the Sophomore Class Representative in the Hendrix Student Senate. My plans are to double-major in Physics and Biology and my average sleep a night is about 3 to 5 hours if I’m lucky.

Ok, that’s just my speel. Have a good one, and it’s nice to know about other people from the other topics as well.  :wink:
