[quote author=“tifosiv122”][quote author=“gr00vy0ne”]I contemplated it…but not at the expense of my TR  . I am going to wait till next year anyways to see what kind of stuff Sony comes out with given the newer Alviso chipset. I suspect we’ll see some newer designs especially since PCI-E will be more prevalent as well. I’m still praying to see OLED screens on an ultraportable notebook…
I would go nuts if Sony came out with some sort of X505/TR/T hybrid that merges the best of all into one uber system.
Hmm…CF, Camera, 30+ hour battery {adding battery from all systems } 1GB, 40GB, and around 2lbs…oh, DVD+-RW onboard…and BT, WiFi, IR, X-Bright…CPU speed doesnt matter too much to me.

And more carbon fibre! And graphite! and Ceramic composites for that matter…doh…thinking about tennis rackets.
I’d go with the camera as well. 30+ is probably too optomistic for next version so I’d say at least 8-10 hours minimum with standard, non-protruding battery. Extended battery would get 13-15 hours. 2lbs weight as well. Slot loading DVD+RW/-RW please. BT, Wi-Fi 802.11a/g/n, OLED X-Brite, and 60-80GB hard disk standard. DX9 graphics at least and 2GB RAM ceiling. I’m already maxing out 1GB easily.
