[quote author=“jso902”]i thought about that, but i feel the need to make better use of my internal BT mod… plus i don’t want to carry a cradle
the problems with traveling light
btw… post some pictures of it. i wanna see! unless that is, your’re waiting to write a review
Well, yeah I understand, but I no longer have an internal BT, and I sold the MX900 so…the next logical step (especially since this one will work on glass) was the MX1000.
I am going to write a review…but I can give you a teaser pic (2 actually)...
i can’t wait until december arrives. Then i can buy my bt500 mouse
 Noo!!! Now you reminded me of Christmas… what to do with all that money!?!? :? I can never make up my mind on what to buy… argh. A list of things I want (whether realistic or not):
>T-Mobile/AT&T BT phone w/ internet account
>Internal BT for my S (if something doen’t happen by that time…)
>BT mouse
>Japanese Keyboard for S
>NEC Lavie/Sony TR/Fuji P1000 (cough cough  )
>Build a new desktop with Dual Xeon Processors (3Ghz, 2MB L2…etc), dual 17”-19” monitors, a 2-3 gig flash drive ( ) and 2 Terabytes for backing-up my entire DVD collection… better make that 3 tera’s… Running SUSE Linux Pro.
(I wish)
Now only able to get 1-2(MAYBE) of those things…decisions, decisions… :? Mind you this isn’t realy relevant but… it let me organize my thoughts…
Lol gr00vy… nice.
Motivate me to learn Japanese more… and keep people off my baby FOREVER!!
(Unless they are Japanese/speak it. In which case, they are exempt )
And I do mean a Japanese with English subtitles. I smaller Spacebar really doesn’t urk me… why would it? You type in like 1 1/2in. of it most of the time… it only needs to be as big as three of the “regular” letter keys IMO.
If I plan on living in Japan out of highschool (2 1/2 years) then maybe try to get into a college over there, I definetely need to work on fluency.

Good reasons if my 505 board was the same I would give it to you but I know its different and wouldn’t fit. I’ll ebay it.

Thanks for the offer either way. That would have been great to have gotten it from someone one this forum… I like eBay but you don;t know about EVERY seller.
Is the keyboard a different color than the keyboard that the X505 comes with as stock? I have only seen the US x505 but it seems to mesh perfectly in color with the rest of it. The keyboard that you have ordered looks a lot darker… is the carbon-fibre that much darker?

Well…having a Japanese keyboard won’t help you learn japanese faster since you’re most likely going to use romaji as your main input method. The japanese keyboard will then be basically the same as an english keyboard. The only thing that a Japanese keyboard helps in is having a single key that can quickly cycle through the various kana modes (hiragana, katakana, eigo, etc.). You can of course do this with some keyboard shortcuts as well.

gr00vy, you’ve told me this at least 2-3 times . I know. Basically I’m hoping to completely assimilate into Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana writing. Kanji probably won’t be aided with a Jap. keyboard… but even if it helps me get more familiar with the other kana alone… I’ll be happy.

And I’m going to keep on telling you! You either know the characters by heart or you don’t and a keyboard isn’t going to help that. I speak from experience.
